WAYS OF SHIPMENT

Our company sends your order either with the courier company or with a transport company depending on the type of the parcel.

Shipment via Courier

For parcels with small volume and weight, these are sent with Courier. The shipment with Courier is realized with the Hellenic Courier Center or ELTA Courier. The expenses of the shipment are borne by the recipient. The costs of transportation with Courier for Thessaloniki are up to 6€ and for the rest of Greece up to 7€.

To all the mentioned prices of the transportation VAT 24% is included.

Shipment via a transportation company

Owing to the singularity of our products, some of which are of a great volume and weight, their shipment is executed via a transportation* company.

The cost of the transportation of product of a great volume and weight across Greece is presented in detail in the table below.

The charge with a transportation company is done per parcel as follows:

In case there is a difference in the cost of the shipment, you will be informed before the execution of your order, in order for you to confirm that you accept the extra cost.

For the rest regions of Greece the shipment via a transportation company is done after agreement. There is the potential of choosing a transportation company by the client with minimum charge up to 2€ for the delivery of your order to your transportation company of your choice.

*all the orders that are shipped via a transportation company are delivered at the entrance (sidewalk) of the ship-to address and not at a floor.

*in case the destination is a remote-inaccessible area or the transportation company of the area does not execute deliveries at that time, the receipt of the order will be realized at the nearest collaborating transport Agency.
It is specified that in case there is a difference in the cost of the transportation, you will be informed before the execution of your order, so that you confirm that you accept the extra cost.

In all the mentioned prices of the transportation VAT 24% is included.

Free shipment

For orders in Thessaloniki and over 80€ (+VAT) the shipment costs are free.

For orders to the rest of Greece over 130€ (+VAT) the shipment costs are free.

Collection from the store

You can purchase more easily through our online shop and when your order is ready you will be informed so that you can collect from our natural shop. In this way, you are not charged with transportation costs.
